How to Own Your Appliances

This idea came to me after purchasing a green coffee maker at a thrift store. I couldn’t find a green microwave to go with it! So, here is how to make your microwave match!

First, find a well ventilated area (like outside).

Prepare your work area: put down a drop cloth, tape the areas on the appliance that are NOT to be painted (use painter’s tape for best results).

Treat appliance to anti-rust (especially older appliances). Let dry 2 hours.

Spray appliance with HEAT-RESISTANT APPLIANCE PRIMER. Allow to dry.

Use colorful spray paint to cover entire appliance. Let dry 4-6 hours.
